We can only provide a full refund if the following apply;
(Change of Mind) If you contact us within 14 day(s) of receiving your order requesting a refund.
(Faulty Product) If you contact us within 30 day(s) of receiving your order about the product being faulty.
(Incorrect Size) If you contact us within 14 day(s) of receiving your order due to incorrect sizing on our end (this means if we did not send you the correct size that you originally ordered)

If you have changed your mind about the product and contacted us after 14 day(s) of receiving your order.
If you requested a refund after 30day(s) of receiving your order.
If you requested a refund because you ordered the incorrect size.
All refunds will be sent to your original payment method unless requested otherwise. Please make sure the payment method you provided us with originally is correct before we process your refund as this can cause further delays.
Please note, we will not accept returns or provide a full refund if you send us the product you are wanting to return without contacting us first. If you do, we will simply return the product to you and you may be charged for shipping & packaging costs.
In addition, if your product is not deemed to be faulty or incorrect size, your refund will be denied and the product will be sent back to you and you may be charged for shipping & packaging costs. When contacting us about a faulty product or incorrect size, you must provide evidence via email before sending us the product(s).

We sent you the incorrect size for the product, and you contact us within 14 day(s) of receiving your order.
We sent you the incorrect product, and you contact us within 14 day(s) of receiving the product.
When an exchange may be denied:
Exchange requests may be denied if the following apply:
You ordered the incorrect size.
You changed your mind about the product you ordered.
How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so within 24hour(s). We cannot cancel orders after 24 hours as by this time your order will most likely have been processed and ready to be shipped.

Due to COVID-19 if you requested a refund due to a product being faulty or incorrect size, your refund may be delayed as the product will be quarantined for 72 hour(s) after we receive the delivery for safety reasons. Once the product has been reviewed and has been accepted as being faulty or the incorrect size, your refund will be processed. This also applys to exchange products. Products may take up to 7day(s)+ to process.
